Database and website URL

Enter your cPanel MySQL details. When the test passes, the installer will automatically create the required tables and move to backend login setup.

Important: The database password is required. This is the password you created for the MySQL user in cPanel, not your cPanel login password unless you used the same one.

Create database if it does not exist
Leave this unticked on most cPanel accounts. Create the database in cPanel first, then assign the user with ALL PRIVILEGES.

Before clicking: Make sure the MySQL user is assigned to the database with ALL PRIVILEGES. If not, the connection will fail even if the password is correct.

Success will take you to Step 3: Backend login. If it fails, a red error box will appear at the top of this page.

For layman setup, do this inside cPanel before submitting the form.

Where to create DB:
cPanel → MySQL Databases → create database → create user → assign user to database with ALL PRIVILEGES.

Namecheap/cPanel reminder: the full database and username usually start with your cPanel prefix, for example impaxhgw_inv.

What happens after clicking?
1. Installer tests MySQL connection.
2. It writes the database settings into .env.
3. It runs migrations and creates the tables.
4. It moves to backend admin login setup.
